Trademark Infringement = use in commerce + likely market confusion.

Now on Blendswap, there are copies of designs from Fallout 3, Team Fortress 2, Lord of the Rings films and use of trademark names like Hellboy, Audi and Xbox. All of these might be infringing trademark rights if they were used commercially (the confusion on the market is very probable due to identical design or use of trademarks) and the licenses on Blendswap permit commercial use.
